MINISTRY VISION
It is the vision of The Grove Preschool, a ministry of Sycamore Hill Church, to build authentic relationships with families in our community by providing a Christ-centered, high-quality preschool education rooted in Biblical truth. We seek to nurture children spiritually, academically, socially, emotionally, and physically in a safe, caring, and Christ-honoring environment.
In partnership with families and intentional connection with the church body, we pray that the Holy Spirit would draw children and families to grow in faith, knowledge, and love for God and others, advancing the kingdom of Christ within our community and beyond.
WE ARE HIRING!
The Grove Preschool is seeking a part-time Preschool Director to help develop and launch a new preschool program to serve the greater Hockessin area. Our hope is to open in the fall of 2028.
The Director will work closely with church leadership to establish a strong foundation including program development, licensing and compliance, curriculum, staffing, enrollment, and day-to-day operations.
